Welcome
Hello and welcome to Michele Guinness’ home on the web.
She’s sorry, as any Jewish Mama would be, that she can’t treat you to some of her special hospitality, or even pass you a tray-bake or two through the airwaves, but she hopes you will enjoy your visit all the same.
About
Brought up in a practising Jewish family, and married to a Church of England minister who is a great, great grandson of Arthur Guinness, the famous brewer, Michele Guinness worked in the UK media for many years.
She later became Head of Communications for the National Health Service in Cumbria and Lancashire, but left to concentrate on writing and speaking.
Read more about Michele in her biography and understand more about why she thinks it’s revealing, liberating and challenging for Christians to see the world through the eyes of the Jewish Jesus by reading some of her articles.
Books
Michele has written a number of books over the years including her most recent collaboration with her daughter, The Word of the Wives.
Her unique writing style has allowed her to write on many different subjects and pass on her life experiences.
Speaking
Michele has spoken at New Wine, Greenbelt, Spring Harvest, Detling and ECG as well as for the WI, Rotary and Inner Wheel. She has even appeared at luncheons for flower arrangers - without ever having arranged a flower.
What is a genius? An average child with a Jewish grandmother...
